It was supposed to change everything, according to the records my father left behind for me. A genetic experiment created to find a way to save the decline of many animal species.But that was all that was left behind for me. I had no idea how to care for this...strange creature. When I let him out of the tube, I feared that he would eat me or something. However, he seemed very curious, asking questions I didn't yet have the answers to. He wasn't at all disappointed with the answers I gave--or lack thereof....although he DID run off into the kitchen looking for something to eat..."How DOES one feed a genetic experiment?"That question quickly became irrelevant, as he seemed heavily fixated on my jar of instant coffee."Want me to pour you a cup?"Apparently, it turns out genetic experiments love coffee to an extreme degree, almost to a point where he'd look at me with the saddest eyes holding an empty mug.After some time, it turned out he was a great friend, someone to watch movies and play games with. Keeping him happy was quite easy as well. To be honest, I still feel the guilt of not knowing fully who--or what--he is, so I made a promise to return to the lab and help the genetic--no, he has a name now--I promise to help Black Ice--my friend--learn his origin.--Dr. ____________
